shipping and returnsShippingcosts:
You can pick up your order (without shipping costs) during the opening hours of our store and by appointment.
If the order and payment are completed, we will prepare to ship your order as soon as possible. We use PostNL with track and trace to dispatch the orders. Within the Netherlands your order should be with you the next day (Tuesday - Saturday). For shipments within Europe the delivery time is 2-7 and outside Europe 5-15 business days.
We will pack/ wrap your order with great care. Still there can go something wrong on the way. Please check upon receiving the contents of the package for damage and imperfections. Do not accept damaged/ incomplete shipments and if your shipment is not delivered properly please contact us.
Delivery outside EU / Export:
For orders outside the EU, we do not charge VAT. VAT will be deducted automatically at your account when you have chosen your delivery address. The customer is responsible for any tax and import charges when it reaches your country.
Exchanges or Returns:
Are you not satisfied with your order please let us know as soon as possible. You can return or exchange your order/ items within 14 days after receiving. Items at a discount rate of 50% or more can not be exchanged or returned.
For the return of the exchange you should follow the following instructions:
- let us as soon as possible know by email (email@example.com) which items you want to return. Mention customer or order number and item(s) you want to exchange/ return and indicate the reason for exchange/ return.
- when you receive the confirmation of the return and our return form, please fill in, and include a copy of it in the return/exchange shipment.
- the returns must be in original / new condition, with attached labels and in original packaging.
- the return must be returned within 14 days and delivered to Bling. The cost and risk of returning an item are on your account.
- at an exchange (within the Netherlands) we wil send you the new exchange item free of charge. For exchange outside the Netherlands there are additional shipping costs.
- the credit note will be settled with the new order and/ or the credit will be refunded within 7 workingdays.
- If the order has been dispatched free of charge and you want to return a part of the order, resulting in the new order amount below the free shipping limit, the free shipping will expire. These costs will be deducted from the return amount.
